hetero8(이하 "회사")은 모바일 게임 CANDY POP: Break Time(이하 "앱")에서 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 앱이 수집하지 않는 것
- 이름 · 이메일 · 전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보 — 앱에는 계정이 없습니다.
- 위치 정보(GPS) — 요청하지도, 사용하지도 않습니다.
- 생년월일 — 연령 확인 화면의 답은 "아동/성인" 구간으로만 기기 안에 저장되고 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 사진 · 연락처 · 마이크 · 카메라 — 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

- 위 항목은 Google 이 제공하는 SDK 가 자동으로 수집하며 전송 구간은 TLS 로 암호화됩니다.
- 회사는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 점수 · 기록 · 티켓 · 설정은 모두 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
3. 아동 이용자
앱은 전 연령이 이용할 수 있습니다. 첫 실행 시 태어난 해를 묻고, 13세 미만이거나 답하지 않은 경우 광고 SDK 에 아동 대상(child-directed) 태그를 적용하여 비개인화 광고만 표시하고 개인화 광고 · 광고 데이터 저장에 대한 동의를 부여하지 않습니다.
4. 보유 기간
- 기기 안의 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
- Google 이 수집한 데이터: 각 서비스의 보관 정책을 따릅니다 — Google 개인정보처리방침, Google 광고 정책.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 광고 ID 재설정·삭제: Android 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 동의 (유럽경제지역·영국): 첫 실행 시 Google UMP 동의 창에서 선택하며, 앱의 설정 → 광고 동의 → [다시 선택] 으로 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 이 창은 해당 지역에서만 나타납니다.
- 분석 데이터: 앱을 삭제하면 새 앱 인스턴스 ID 가 부여되어 이전 데이터와 연결되지 않습니다.
- 그 밖의 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주십시오.
6. 제3자 제공 · 처리 위탁
회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 위 2항의 Google 서비스가 회사를 대신해, 또는 자체 정책에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.

hetero8 ("we") processes data in the mobile game CANDY POP: Break Time (the "app") as described below.
1. What the app does not collect
- Personal identifiers such as name, email, or phone number — the app has no accounts.
- Location (GPS) — never requested or used.
- Date of birth — the age screen stores only a "child/adult" band on the device and never sends it anywhere.
- Photos, contacts, microphone, camera — no permissions requested.

- These are collected automatically by Google-provided SDKs and encrypted in transit (TLS).
- We run no server of our own; scores, records, tickets and settings stay on your device only.
3. Children
The app is for all ages. On first launch it asks for your birth year; if you are under 13 or skip the question, the ad SDK is tagged child-directed and shows non-personalized ads only, and no consent for personalized ads or ad-data storage is granted.
4. Retention
- On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
- Data collected by Google is retained under each service's policy — Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses ads data.
5. Your choices
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Ad consent (EEA and UK): you choose in the Google UMP consent dialog on first launch, and can change it any time via Settings → Ad consent → [Review] in the app. The dialog appears only in those regions.
- Analytics: uninstalling the app assigns a new app instance ID, unlinking prior data.

6. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. The Google services in section 2 process data on our behalf or under their own policies.

Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
