This page explains how to delete your CANDY POP account and the data linked to it. You can do it yourself inside the app, or ask us by email — you do not need the app installed to make the request.
1. Delete your account inside the app
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account → Open.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm once more when asked. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your name disappears from the leaderboards right away, and you are signed out on every device.
2. Ask us by email
Send a request to [email protected] from the email address you signed in with (Google or Kakao). We use that address to confirm the account is yours — we cannot delete an account we cannot match.
If you cannot use that address, include your public ID (the G-XXXX-XXXX or HG-XXXX-XXXX code shown in Settings → Account) instead. We answer within 30 days.
3. Delete only some of your data, without deleting your account
- Support messages you sent from Settings → Contact: send a "delete request" the same way, or email us. Your public ID goes with it automatically, and we delete the messages filed under that ID.
- Nickname: open Settings → Account, clear the nickname field and save. Your entry falls back to the default display name.
Scores cannot be removed one by one — they are what the leaderboard is made of. Deleting your account (section 1) removes all of them at once.
4. What is deleted

All of the above is a hard delete — the rows are removed, not flagged. Because the email is released, you can sign up again later with the same address; it starts as a brand-new account with no history.
5. What is kept, and for how long

6. If you never signed in
The app works fully without signing in, and in that case no account exists and nothing about you is stored on our servers. Scores, records, tickets and settings live only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them.

이 페이지는 CANDY POP 계정과 그에 연결된 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. 앱 안에서 직접 하실 수 있고, 메일로 요청하셔도 됩니다 — 요청에 앱 설치가 필요하지 않습니다.
1. 앱 안에서 직접 삭제하기
- 앱을 열고 설정 으로 갑니다.
- 계정 → 열기 를 누릅니다.
- 계정 삭제 를 누릅니다.
- 한 번 더 묻는 확인에 답하면 됩니다. 삭제는 즉시 이루어지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
랭킹에서 곧바로 사라지고, 모든 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다.
2. 메일로 요청하기
[email protected] 으로, 로그인에 쓰신 메일 주소(Google 또는 Kakao)에서 보내 주십시오. 본인 계정임을 그 주소로 확인합니다 — 대조할 수 없는 계정은 삭제해 드릴 수 없습니다.
그 주소를 쓸 수 없으시면 공개 ID(설정 → 계정에 표시되는 G-XXXX-XXXX 또는 HG-XXXX-XXXX)를 적어 주십시오. 30일 이내에 답변드립니다.
3. 계정을 지우지 않고 일부만 삭제하기
- 문의 내용(설정 → 문의로 보내신 글): 같은 자리에서 "삭제 요청"을 보내 주시거나 메일로 알려 주십시오. 공개 ID 가 자동으로 함께 가며, 그 ID 로 접수된 문의를 삭제합니다.
- 닉네임: 설정 → 계정에서 닉네임 칸을 비우고 저장하시면 됩니다. 등재 이름이 기본 표시명으로 돌아갑니다.
점수는 한 건씩 지울 수 없습니다 — 랭킹을 이루는 것이 점수이기 때문입니다. 계정을 삭제하시면(1항) 한꺼번에 사라집니다.

위 항목은 모두 하드 삭제입니다 — 표시만 남기는 것이 아니라 행 자체를 지웁니다. 이메일이 풀리므로 같은 주소로 다시 가입하실 수 있으며, 그 경우 이력이 없는 새 계정으로 시작합니다.

6. 로그인한 적이 없다면
앱은 로그인 없이도 전 기능이 동작하며, 그 경우 계정 자체가 만들어지지 않아 회사 서버에 이용자에 관한 정보가 남지 않습니다. 점수 · 기록 · 티켓 · 설정은 기기 안에만 저장되므로 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.
